Precision Pixel is a web-based photo watermarking and sharing service that allows users to:

  • Store images in secure cloud storage
  • Access uploaded photos through permanent links

Free Service

Our service is provided free of charge. We do not require registration, subscription, or payment to use the core features.

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and share the content you submit to our Service.

Prohibited Content

Service Availability

Uptime and Reliability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make efforts to preserve existing content and shareable links during any transitions.

Data Backup

While we maintain secure cloud storage with redundancy, we recommend keeping your own backups of important photos. We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures or service interruptions.
